Guntur Kaaram Story: Ramana (Mahesh Babu) was abandoned by his mother, Vyra Vasundhara (Ramya Krishna) when he was a child. Vasundhara, who leaves her son and husband for reasons known only to her, eventually remarries. As an adult, Ramana finds himself forced by his influential grandfather, Venkataswamy (Prakash Raj), to sever ties with his mother permanently. Why did Vasundhara leave Ramana?
